Team Workshop

Together with our managers and senior management, we spent two intensive days at the Grasberger Hof at the end of November, filled with discussion, reflection, and new ideas. The focus was on topics such as self-image and external image: through a variety of evaluations and active group work, we delved deeply into our own perceptions and gained exciting new perspectives. Another focus was on the topic of responsibility: in our interactions with each other, in leadership, and for our shared corporate success.

We also further refined our mission statement and defined our vision and values even more clearly. With many valuable insights, we are now returning to our daily work, motivated for the next steps in our development!
