RessourcE & ErgoKI

As an innovative company, we have been working closely with universities and research institutes for many years. The pilot phase of the ErgoKI project began on 18 June: our colleagues wore sensors at work that provided feedback on ergonomics. The aim is and remains to ensure long-term health care for our team. The RessourcE project kicked off in August with free language training for our employees at the Finkenwerder site. If successful, the programme will be extended to other sites. Further sensor measurements have also been underway at the Neustädter Hafen site since August, and we are eagerly awaiting the results.
