“RessourcE” Research Project

Simple work isn’t simple. Shaping work together, that’s what the “RessourcE” collaborative project is all about. At the 6th collaborative meeting in Bad Zwischenahn, we celebrated the “midpoint” with our project partners: the project has reached its halfway point, and we spent two intensive days sharing practical reports, participating in World Café sessions, and discussing concrete solutions.

A central focus: leadership. And we shared insights with the group on how we create direction, build trust, and constructively address disagreements in logistics.
